Kristina Bas Hamilton is a contract lobbyist and political consultant based in Sacramento, California. She is the founder and CEO of bespoke consulting firm KBH Advocacy, advising progressive advocacy and labor organizations throughout California. She is the producer and host of the award-winning podcast Blueprint for California Advocates. In 2023, Kristina published Changemaker: An Insider's Guide to Getting Sh*t Done at the California Capitol.

Kristina has worked in the house of Labor for over twenty years, from her first job as a research assistant for the faculty union at Rutgers University to serving as a research analyst for AFSCME District Council 37 in New York City and representing state workers at CWA Local 1034 in Trenton, NJ. From 2014 through 2020, Kristina served as Legislative Director for the United Domestic Workers (UDW/AFSCME Local 3930).
